British film crosses new sex frontier
Viewers' groups attack 18 rating for screen version of Hanif Kureishi's Intimacy that depicts uncensored oral sex, reports John Arlidge
{Arsehole below }
John Milton Whatmore, chairman of Media Watch, said: 'I have not seen Intimacy but, if it is as explicit as reports suggest, giving it an 18 certificate is not enough. There are 18-year-olds who are comfortable with sex and sexuality and there are those who are not.

Re: blah blah blah...
Heheehee, you have to wonder what planet some of these 'conservative' people are on!!
I'd say there are far more middle aged people suffering mid-life crises or hormone replacement therapy who are far more uncomfortable with sex then 18 year olds.
When will those with the largest mouths understand that the more sex is hidden and made exclusive to those who are suddenly "mature", the more it will create the very problems they think it does at the moment.
You've got to wonder about these people sometimes. Remember - they have a vote!

Yes, they do have a vote, and the problem is they use it, while young folks do not - they are too busy going out having fun (shagging) for any of that political nonsense. Hence, we always get conservative administrations - whatever they actually call themselves. The answer is until we have the option of voting for a PROPER Liberal party, abstain. Don't give them a mandate.

Re: blah blah blah...
Without wishing to sound a bit OTT:
1) The public gets the stupid politicians and ignorant media we deserve, and abstaining won't help - if only one person votes, the party still gets elected. USE YOUR VOTE AND GET RID OF THESE WASTERS!!!
2) Where on earth do these people come from? "18 year olds won't like it"??? - forgive me, but I didn't realise that it was compulsory for 18 year olds to watch every 18 certificate release ever made!
And another thing ....
Sorry, I'm so far on top of my soapbox I'm getting a nose-bleed.
Happy (?) days ...
