Online Porn To Be Blocked In All Households
Re: This is a job for Lynton Crosby
If you define poverty as not eating well or not eating what they should be due to lack of finances and cuts to benefit then its not an overestimation..these kids on the breadline will grow up malnutritioned

Re: Online Porn To Be Blocked In All Households
What about 9 Songs, The Idiots, Shortbus and Baise-moi, all 18 rated art house films that contain full penetration and cum shots. They're not porn. They're 18 rated dramas.
Gonna let them through, David?
If so, double standards.
If not, think of the poor children that might see these perfectly legal and legit dramas!
Can't win. Don't bother playing.

All either left-wing (and thus not exactly in favour of any cuts) or with an axe to grind.

Yes because all those fat kids you see on council estates are suffering from malnutrition. Benefits have been "cut" to ?26,000 a year ? tell me who can't eat well on ?26,000 a year.

Re: This is a job for Lynton Crosby
The fat kids have usually been fed crap food because it is all the parents can afford. This is what poverty leads to.

So you are saying that poor people were fat in the 30s, 40s and 50s because they ate crap food? Oh no, because poor people then were genuinely poor... and thin. Not many fat poor people in Africa...

Utter nonsense. Crap food may be what the parents feed them but it is not all they can afford. I went to my local Asda last night and a lot of food there was at rock bottom prices ? a kilo of carrots for ?1, 4kg of potatoes for ?2, a large bag of Iceland lettuce 79p. Are you seriously telling me people cannot afford prices like that?

You always know when an extreme right winger is losing an argument. They spew out misinformation i.e. highlighting an extreme case and implying that it is in some way, typical.
This is a classic example.
"Benefits have been "cut" to ?26,000 a year ? tell me who can't eat well on ?26,000 a year."
This refers to the benefit cap introduced by the government and implies that this is some kind of standard benefit. According to the DWP's own estimates only a small minority of all households will be affected by the cap (around one per cent of all households in receipt of a working-age benefit from DWP) - about 58,000 households.
Estimates project that all households affected by the cap will be in receipt of
Housing Benefit. The estimated mean weekly amount of Housing Benefit
received by the 67,000 affected by the cap is ?240 i.e. ?12,000 a year which goes to generally, a rip off landlord.
And who created this situation? Maggie Thatcher's huge sell-off of council housing which has not been replaced by subsequent governments and has resulted in the situation where many are at the mercy of greedy private landlords.
