Relates to the activities of a certain porn producer/performer and his ownership of certain lads' magazine and the failure to pay creditors after the original company went under, only for the assets of the magazine to be bought by a new company owned by the same bloke.
He comes across in the article as a complete twunt. I am unsurprised by this.

This is not the first time he has been involved in sharp practice. Search on Balforn Pension Fund you find he provided a reference to someone who did not exist. Result two people went to prison and after an information exchange between HMRC, Met police, his case was presented to the court and stayed, the SRA however barred him for three years. Next was an undeclared conflict of interest and he was struck of. Subsequently he tried suing the SRA , and the case was thrown out. He breached his contract with Fraserside and the new owners of Bluebird had to pay $250,000 damages plus legal fees. Bluebird was founded with the help of Angels but did Sanjay's mother know what she was investing in. On the sale he reported a 20 mill profit but who lent the money to pay for the purchase and did they know. This is something which will run and run
