Mid 60's to late 70's had a wide variety of musical genres going on. There was a lot going on generally so the music reflected the era.

yep 60s had Motown,Sike,Folk <Blues etc 80s was good but by 84 lost interest

Theres a few pop videos on you tube from Kinks,Small Faces,Troggs etc and i dont think they were ever shown on TOTP

I think its all down to age... I was 16 in 1979 so i would say the late 70's early 80's!!
