does anybody know how to delete your BGAFD profile? Thank you!

If you delete your profile do your posts get deleted?

no they dont snowman - your name at the top just goes black instead of pink

I think it's been said before on other threads, with perhaps a slight tongue in cheek edge to the comments.

But I think there is some truth it. i.e. accuse someone on here of being a sex offender, or some other drastic untruth.

They seem to act pretty sharpish when this occcurs. Removing all trace of the account in question.

I cannot possibly condone this type of behaviour though......

There are two different issues here.

1. If you delete your profile, do all your posts get deleted. The answer to Snowman's question as Tequila pointed out is no.

2. A completely separate situation is when a poster makes a post in contravention of the Forum rules. In that situation, BGAFD Admin may delete the post. If the poster proves to be a serial offender, BGAFD Admin may delete their profile. The deletion of the profile in itself has no effect on the posts made. All it does is prevent the poster posting again with that profile.
