Oh well, it was rubbish after all, but at least I can say that from actual experience, not prejudice!
It does look substantially cheaper that 'Piranha 3D' but unless someone slashed the money a week before they started shooting, I'd hope that the filmmakers would work with the budget, not against it.
And the big problem isn't the money, it's the fact that it's not very well written, not funny, suspenseful or goofy enough and really not very well shot.
Apart from that though...
