Youve shown your cards too catscratchfever.

Again, another poor justification for downloading.

You miss the point altogether if you honestly beleive this stuff is put out there for people to download but Ill give you the benefit of my biased opinion by saying this:

If its so shit and so old why are people even bothering to download it??? Furthermore, why risk downloading something if there is also plenty of the far superior (your words) US stuff to download?

I'm all for reasoned discussion on this topic but when it comes to trashing a man personally you've just lost the momentum of your point by making it sound like an attack on the quality of the porn by justifying the downloading of it.

Perhaps you yourself are a disgruntled Ben Dover fan and feel because its there for free its yours for the taking.

Muggers and burglars feel the same way. We're all marks to them. You share that same way of thinking?

I seriously dont think people will waste good quality bandwidth and download time on downloading files they think to be dated and rubbish.

Its simple really, dont download or share or in any way pirate all involved with the cases files then you simply ignore all the problems that may come from it

Why waste your time objecting to it on a forum. If it doesnt apply to you then why waste time arguing about it?

DUH

I htink Mr Honeys life has been well documented within these forums. Articles have been written about it.

Cant say the same for the faceless opposers on here though. I wonder what we would find if we were allowed to look behind the colourful pseudonyms?

I trut there ar eno Jimmy Savile types on here. Well you dont know do you? Jimmy got away with it for years. Isnt that why people have stage names. To keep their personal lives private?

Not sure what Mr Honey has left to hide. Gawd forbid we've seen him swinging his willy out there on more than several occasions

*Shaking my head in disbelief", you STILL think this is about people downloading, (GEIL say it is about people uploading!)"

Honestly mate, I am tried to explain that the Software Monitor used by NG3Systems, is NOT accurate, it can and does pick people who have NEVER downloaded/uploaded.

A US study was done after the Davenport Lyons scheme that showed using the same system their LASER PRINTER received a DMCA FFS

@OEJ

"Cant say the same for the faceless opposers on here though"

I wont take that personally, though of course it was meant that way, and also interestingly it mirrors what Julian Becker has said. Still not the spokesperson eh?

I will also answer your offer that you made, ON BEHALF or Mr Becker, lets get this straight, you want me, to agree to an interview that is filmed by yourself, with Mr Becker? Hmmm, err NO

Why no? Well Mr Becker can and has posted on here before, so why not now? You say you discussed the reasons but failed to give us any, so what are they? Why does Mr Becker refuse to use these forums for anything other than promoting his material, material he is now engaged in a Copyright Infringement action?

I have to say to expect me to break the ranks of anonymity, which is still my right, although of course it wouldn't be if Mr Becker had his way, is somewhat crass. Dont forget, I was threatened by GEILs Legal team when he was working with Tilly Baily Irvine, and also his Friend Andrew Crossley ex of ACS:LAW has stated he has scores to settle. Can you think for a moment, why I might not want to show my face on a film that is produced and filmed by one of the people whose legal action I oppose?

Thanks but no thanks!

Their is a HUGE difference between copying DVDs and filesharing, the reason that people like Golden Eye don't recognise that is why we are now in this situation.

Well I didnt want to bring it up a second time as you refused to answer it first time around.

But see here

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Dover

"Being paid ?100 a shoot, Honey started working for David Sullivan's Private Magazine[7] and European hardcore porn magazines such as Rodox/Color Climax, a Danish company that in addition to more "standard" hardcore material also produced bestiality and child pornography"

This is NOT a personal attack, just facts

I made you a promise , remember? When we exchanged email, what did I say? I gave you my word, I would NEVER post anything of what you had said WITHOUT your express permission. Remember that?

I dont expect you to answer any more questions OEJ, I thankyou for the time you have taken in responding to me. I am not sure I believe that you are NOT a spokesperson, I did however there have been a few times I have detected a change in tack from you regarding this issue. I will not go into that any deeper here, you wither know what I am saying of you dont.

I am more dissapointed in Mr Becker, he seems to love talking to the Porn press, or giving soundbites to the BBC, however I posted an open letter to him on my Blog that countered a lot of his untruths regarding not being connected to Andrew Crossley and I proved he was,... No reply though!
