I see Forbes Magazine has released its 2012-13 list of the 71 most powerful
people in the world....71 because there are 7.1 billion of us on the planet.
Anyway our own David Cameron is ranked 10th. This is interesting because
it shows our rating as a nation in world economic and political terms....The
French President rates 14th (ha ha, you say, so much for the frogs), though
Angela Merkel is up there as the 2nd most powerful person on planet Earth
(so the krauts beat us again, just like at soccer). Needless to say a guy I
have never heard of rates 7th. This is the head of the European Economic
Bank....

That's cool. I rather think the unfettered decision making process - and complete conviction - associated with enlightened despotism is far more agreeable than a lukewarm, semi - apathetic, democracy. I rather believe some should be dictated to 'what's best for them'
