It's alway easy to point the finger but I never praise others as much as I'd like to. Well let me try and make amends here.
Despite problems with Vidshop in the past, I have been contacted by the support department and just wanted to let everyone know that they were both courteous and extremely helpful.
It looks like, despite a recent history of bad reports from this site, they have finally got their act together and I'm looking forward to getting many more titles from them in the near future.

I ordered 7 DVDs from Vidshop on 28th Dec 2000. I received the first 3 about a fortnight after ordering. The next one came about 2 weeks after these. Another came about a month after the last shipment (end of Feb/beginning of March). I just recently received my sixth DVD last week. This is 3 and a half months after placing the order. I have one more DVD to await.
I don't know why it took so long, maybe they didn't have the titles in stock or maybe it's a logistical problem. It would certainly help if they emailed me and let me know the situation. One thing that is good is that they don't charge your credit card till the goods have been dispatched - which is as it should be.

Yeah, that is something worthy of noting, Vidshop. It's the one thing that did piss me off somewhat. If you can't deliver within your two week guarantee you set yourself, you really ought to let people know why and what's happening.
