What really pisses me off about this case is that the Yanks seem to think that Foxy Knoxy has been badly treated by the Italian legal system.
But when you think about it, she has been through a legal process, which may be flawed, but she has been given a fair trial, and now she's been through a legal appeal and in the end she has been found not guilty and released.
Contrast and compare with the fucking Yanks approach to foreigners who they consider have broken the law.
They kidnap them off the street, rendition them to a third party country, throw them in a secret jail, torture them and then send them to Camp X-Ray with no possibility of a trial, life in jail with the treat of possible execution in the future.
That's the lucky ones of course. The ones they really don't like they just murder by drone or Special Forces. And if their wife and kids get killed in that process, well that's just hard luck.
Fucking Yanks!
Amanda Knox ..two questions

"What really pisses me off about this case is that the Yanks seem to think that Foxy Knoxy has been badly treated by the Italian legal system."
It wasn't the legal system that was the problem, it was more the flawed policework, with 54 mistakes being made by the police in the collection of forensic evidence (according to an independent review). It was forensic evidence which didn't come close to meeting internationally accepted standards for forensic evidence which concerned "the yanks", rather than the legal system as such.
The policework in the case was shocking so "the yanks" did have a point.

You are missing the point that the Yanks are two-faced by making any disparaging about any other country?s legal, judicial or criminal investigation procedures.
The US exercise judicial murder against foreigners who break their laws.
At least Foxy Knoxy is going home in one piece and not in a body bag.

I did understand your point spider. I apologise for not acknowledging it.
This article from within the US legal system discusses the issues involved:

A bit of an exaggeration I feel. The fact that the US uses drones to take out terrorists in places like Yemen and Pakistan, where they are beyond the reach of the law, hardly means they are killing "foreigners who break their laws" willy nilly. They are engaged in a military campaign, and as such people get killed. It's not police work, and it's not right to judge it by those standards. Did you expect Bin Laden to be read his rights and taken to the nearest police station? Never going to happen, he was an unlawful enemy combatant, and the US was quite justified in shooting him on sight.

Re: Amanda Knox ..two questions
Don't care how you dress it up, it's judicial murder.
Re: Amanda Knox ..two questions
Killing your enemies in time of war is not murder.
Re: Amanda Knox ..two questions
Using that as a justification leads to the proposition that the 3,000 plus killed on 9/11 weren?t murdered then, they were just victims of the war.
The suicide pilots on 9/11 were at war with America. Americans were the enemy.
?Killing your enemies in time of war is not murder?.

Re: Amanda Knox ..two questions
after all thats been said about this case in the media i'm still not sure about how the body was discovered but did read something today about the police failing to do something that could have determined time of death more accurately.Another thing rarely mentioned is that another two women lived at the property but where they were that night never seems to be mentioned.
Re: Amanda Knox ..two questions
On the cover of a paper today it says Knox is haunted by Merediths ghost yet the speech she made when she was released Meredith wasnt mentioned once
