Star Virgin made in 1979.

It was a sort of sci-fi affair with a robot looking a bit like R2D2 trying to explain to the last remaining earthling (the freshly thawed out 'Star Virgin') what human beings used to do. She is played by Karri Klark - a Hustler centrefold and does the best job of acting like a air-headed porn bimbo I've ever seen. Thus, I guess she was actually quite smart.

There is an emphasis on skimpy costumes and great camera angles and that alone made it an instant favourite because so many porn movies back then used to feature lengthy scenes with the girls dressed up like librarians. The cheerleader scenes were my favourite part as their costumes were stupidly short and they wore gee strings. Every other cheerleader movie had them in knee-length skirts with horrible 'sensible' undies.

The producer/director of this epic also made a few other movies including Flesh Gordon (1974) and Flesh Gordon Meets the Cosmic Cheerleaders (1992) which has the best collection of skimpy costumed bimbos I've ever seen.

The first porn film I ever watched was Charmed Again (1989 I think) starring Nikki Charm (who appears to be about to make a comeback).

Ahhh, "Star Virgin", that brings back memories.....I think the first porn I
saw was on a trip to Copenhagen in the early days of legalisation, so
it was probably some of those funky Color Climax loops shown in a sex
cinema.....back in UK, when the Law seemed vague for a bit, I remember
John Lindsay`s porn cinema in Soho, where sweaty men in tiny seats sat

I recall a wonderful loop he had shot of Victoria Principal (before she
became famous on "Dallas") fucking as a maid in a London-shot orgy, and

First was a series of "loops"... no idea what they was called, but vaguely remember they just had numbers. It was a friend's dad's.
