Re: RIP Bobby Farrell
After I heard about his death, I Googled "Brown Girl in the Ring", but all I could find was loads of YouTube videos of Audley Harrison.

Surprised you didnt find my video of the same said I did years ago..LOL
Yeah man. Who could ever have a 70's revival disco party and not know who Boney M was

Rasputin are the first two that come to mind. The saddest part is..61 aint even that old for abloke whos still fit and of sound mind
I read he had some problems a few years ago and thought he was washed up because of it so I think going out on a performance high probably wouldve been to his liking.
The irony of this all is Boney M was the first group from the West Brezhnev allowed to perform in Red Square back in the height of the cold war era

Re: RIP Bobby Farrell
How odd.
History has it that Saint Petersburg is also where (Ra-Ra-) Rasputin was murdered.

Re: RIP Bobby Farrell
Apparently he contributed virtually nothing to the vocals on any of Boney M's hits / albums. They were all done by someone else, but he was credited as lead singer. He did sing live though.
