Hi There,
There use to be a website were you could search for a song title which
would tell you which compilation albums the song was on, ie Now's.
Does Anyone know what the website was called or have a link to the website.
Thanks

Those of us of a certain (well mine anyway) age, might recall compilation albums such as Bumpers, The Rock Machine, Fill Your Head With Rock.

Re: Compilation albums
Not sure if it's the exact site you want, but there is a Nowmusic site for the Now compilations:
If it's not there, you could perhaps try Spotify if it's available to you or someone you know.

I remember those, they were called sampler albums - basically a dirt cheap compilation with one track from each artist, sold to promote the label.
The Music People (CBS), Picnic (Harvest), and Decca's World of Blues
Power are other examples that spring to mind.

Is it any wonder that the monkey's confused?

Can't locate a site just for compilations, but many use to ascertain single track info.

Re: Compilation albums
I've found this: with the following blurb:
"It does list all compilation albums that a track appears on. You'd have to search for the artist to get all the tracks they've released or the albums that the tracks appear on. "

Re: Compilation albums
Thank you so much Andy.
I have been trying to get a copy of Rock Machine I Love you (released just prior to Fill Your Head With Rock) but I couldn't remember the title. I played it to death back in 1969, and have now managed to buy an original (can only guess what the condition might be like!) from Amazon.
You have made my day (many days actually).
