heard about this on FaceBook and it seems the moderators there refuse to get rid of it but they are so quick fast to get rid of people in the porn industry though eh?

I wouldnt mind the facebook page if it preceded with the truth:

Raoul Moat fuelled by jealousy got out of prison a week before shot his girlfriend in half and killed her boyfriend then went on the rampage and blinded a copper by sneaking up on him like the coward he is precipitating a man hunt that eventually led to (then include the caption on the facebook site)

It amazes me that the guy has gone from being a maneace to sciety but the moment he took his own head off in a police stand off against police makes him some kind of national hero.

Actually, Im fucking bored hearing about this guy now. Just incensed how people are fuelling it now.

Good job Raoul never got a chance to shoot some of his fans then. He even went out like a coward as far as I know.

I personally wanted the guy to live as I think every day he lived and breathed I wanted to see if he was really human and had any regret to what he did to the mother of his children as well as the mistake he made thinking her fella was a copper.

The news item about Raoul Moat asking for psychiatric help is really getting me now.

That was a real case of him saying ...........

"I can't help being a steroid addicted thug, I've got psychiatric issues, and it's your fault for not letting me see a psychiatrist".

That was a case of him not wanting to take responsibility for his own actions.

As I say, blowing his head off was the best decision he ever made.

Well said OEJ, Like you I am fed up of hearing his name now & him being treated like a hero. Each & every person who has signed up to his Facebook page are sick in the head & should be ashamed of themselves.

Personally, I am not in favour of Facebook taking the page down. If you asked every service provider to take down pages that were used mainly by limp brains, it would be a never-ending job. And then you have the question abouut who decides or has the right to get it taken down, if it is not breaking the laws of a particular country.

Nor do I see anything wrong with showing some compassion towards Moat, a guy who apparently asked for psychiatric help and spent some of his last minutes whining about not knowing his real father. Hardly hero material!

The real problem shown on this Facebook page is when you get idiots trying to defend his disgusting, vile, senseless crimes. These dimwits dont seem to understand the difference between real life i.e. would you want a faceful of shotgun pellets yourself, pal? and an Xbox game.

These individuals are as pathetic and lost as Moat, himself seems to have been.

This saga just re-emphasises one aspect of the real story, the glamourisation of crime and jail by some limp brains. As anyone who has worked in a jail will tell you they have a large proportion of illiterate, druggies suffering from mental problems, having been brought up in a pretty desperate home environment. Until society can go some way in trying to address these issues, you will continue to end up with people capable of horrific crimes, like Moat and idiots who think they are "legends".

I agree with you but it does annoy me when someone who is in the national press has a page like this versus the girls around here who are not as well known as Moat have their profiles taken down every day...and before you ask, I've had the same problem when there was no picture or content remotely in contravention of their polices.

I'm against censorship in that way too but it seems Raoul Moat is ok but a porn star on faceBook is not
