A whore/hooker/prostitute etc. earns far more than a porn star! And i'm not talking about street walker types. I mean the ?350 and upwards for an hour types of girl.

I don't see the word 'whore' in a derogatory way, anyway.

No one's being derogatory.

But if the only difference is earning potential, then there's really no real difference, is there?

Besides, are you telling me that a 'Katja Kassin' or 'Lenka Gaborova' type porn star earns less than a 'common whore?'

I think not.

Whore = Porn Star

Porn Star = Whore.

(the only difference that I can ascertain is that a Porn Star will allow the whole world to know her day job, whereas a 'common whore' is invariably more discreet about her business - probably more to do with the taxman than anything else, though!

I agree Jim...some of my escort friends earn between ?1400-?2500 a week which is far more than any porn star i know, one is buying 2 houses & another driving a ?33,000 BMW so an escorts life is far from seedy as many think it is.
Both porn stars & escorts lead quite a colourful life & both compliment each other in more ways than one, i wonder why i'm a porn star sometimes as even girls on web-cam can earn a grand a week...seriously though both porn stars & escorts are in great demand & both do a great job.
