Just watched Channel 4 News and there was not one mention of Goody. I guess Clifford is far too busy arranging photoshoots for Goody's pretend husband and her mother and organising interviews, which will have titles like "Life After Jade" and "How I'm coping" and so on. Their bank accounts will be bulging even more after this. What a wonderful world we live in! Have a close relative die, buy a house in Ibiza and a new sports car!

As I've said before I have never intentionally followed anything to do with this Goody business. I couldnt help see today though, listed on Yahoo, that Goody's funeral will happen in April. The date is probably being decided to co-incide with when the TV crews can all get there, when Clifford has done the deals with Hello or Ok for the exclusive photos and when a large posse of d-list 'celebs' can all turn up aswell. We will no doubt have 'souvenir editions' of the magazine for 'fans' to keep. This whole thing is so hideous it is unreal!

They are serious, Keith.

They think she was a working-class role model.

Pity that you have to be working-class to be a working-class role model. Chavs need not apply.

Yeah working class role model indeed - except she never did a fucking days work in her life. Although I am sure that somebody will correct me by saying her day job was getting in the Tabloids.

I think you are giving working class people a bit of a come down Colonel as those folk are BELOW working class as was Goody Two Shoes ...

PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

Erm- that's the point I am making Crofter.

She was underclass. The working class deserved better than her and ARE better than her. Clear now?

I haven't seen the papers today and I am hoping the Goody stories have ended. The papers were, of course, dominated by all things Goody yesterday and I hope we dont hear much more about this again. Although we will get the circus that will be her funeral in a few weeks time and there will be a lot of happy people that day because they will be making so much money out of it! I honestly think this has been a watershed in our history and our country will never quite be the same again. But who cares about that, hey? Goody's pretend husband, mother, and ex-partner have seen, and will continue to see, their bank balances swell as a result of her death and that seems to make them very happy!
