Yes fibromyalgia is a nasty illness. Think it used to be called fibrositis

Leaves the unfortunate sufferer with total lack of energy and
muscular problems. Causes severe pain but no outward signs that
are able to tell you that person is in agony nearly all the time
Also leads to them having difficulty in getting a proper night's sleep

Seems to be a similar illness to ME

I too met Jo, with one of her favourite photographers at a casting. She is totally charming , natural, not at all stuck up, very funny, and loves going down to her local with the boys for a pint or two!
No she would not win Mastermind, but to say she is brainless, is ill informed and hurtful!

I too suffer from fibromyalgia and Jo has my total sympathy.It is a horrible illness that medicine can help relieve slightly but there is no cure and unfortunately depression is nearly always a follow-on of this illness,making life seem very bleak!
