British troops to Congo?

Yesterday David Milliband was saying that no UK troops would be sent to the Congo.

Today he's "not ruling it out".

What's the betting that they'll be patrolling the dangerous streets of Goma by Christmas?

I'm not sure we have any spare. And even if we have we can't seem to equip the ones who are already in combat situations.
