the old den took some bottle to go to back in the 80s (especially if you were a west ham fan)

There are endless shitheaps up and down the country that can be commented on - i visited the likes of walsall, rotherham, gillingham, brighton etc when west ham were in the fizzy pop and none were pleasurable experiences.

Prem stadia is mostly nowadays 1st class, fratton park however is the exception to the rule.

Absoloute shithole in and around the stadium - inside is no different and up until last season they didnt even have a roof for away fans to sit under!!

Rotherham and Shrewsbury were always slagged off by Carlisle's travelling contingent.

St.James Park is about the best ground I have been to. Brilliant transport links, close to stacks of pubs and places to eat and an impressive stadium to walk up to from the town centre.

Except for the fact they stick the away fans in an upper tier corner where your team cant really hear you in full voice.......plus the fact you have to climb endless stairs just to get to your seat!!!

I think Newcastle call it right when it comes to away fans.If i had my way i'd stick the away fans in the East Upper at Chelsea, rather than putting them in the corner of the Shed Lower.Another bright idea from fuckwit Kenyon !whistle!

You lot ain't got a proper ground anymore, not after Bristol City fans torched your beloved Eastville !laugh!

Face it fella, your no match for the Robins,on or off the pitch.

As mentioned before i've been to loads of shitholes in the 26 years supporting the Chels.i've still got my Luton Town membership card somewhere, and my 'You can't ban a Chelsea fan' T-Shirt(private joke that only REAL football fans would understand) !laugh!bristolian wrote:

Mike_CFC: played the so-called superior Robins home and away in JPT last year, 0-0 at Trashton and 1-0 at home.

Thought you might enjoy the banner pic. Indeed priceless.

Fair enough, but City are on their way to the premiership,so atm they are more superior.

What's your opinion on Talksport's Mike Parry's desire to merge the two Bristol Clubs?.He reckons it makes 'footballing sense' !shocked!.bristolian wrote:

Oxford has moved from the Manor Ground?,which was a shithole,i agree. Not been to their new ground(yet).

Brighton's Withdean Stadium is another hovel, though it's not Brighton's fault they're being messed around on their move to Falmer.I've seen the plans and it looks an amazing stadium.emily82 wrote:
