The steaks aren't separate from the gammon, they are one and the same, that's why they're called 'gammon steaks' made by 'ol escaped-punishment-from-the-food-hygiene-agency Bernard Matthews!!! So I'll probably have to crunch down on some semi-decayed rats bollocks!!
