Again - as I mentioned before - part of the Brit snob culture
Certain people love to tell you they only shop at M&S for their food

As you all say it's so overpriced

OVERPRICED!!! I went into a new M & S food hall the other day and I had a dilemma facing me. I wanted to buy a sausage roll, but in order to pay the price they wanted I would have had to sell everything I own!

Seriously though one quid for an average size sausage roll is beyond what I can afford!!

I know and now they're taking over the motorway service stations so expect a great hike on that price for a beloved sausage roll
