My bank paid up.

Post by James not Bond »

I reclaimed charges from my bank and they paid up today.

I took on 6 banks and credit companies, 2 have paid up fully, one offered a stupid settlement of 30% of my claim ( I rejected it) and I took 2 others to court today.

If you are thinking about doing it, but have never got round to it, do it now.

It really is worth it.

Cool.......

Never got around to taking my bank to court either.

Does it matter if they owe me anything or not?

My Bank not only paid up (even though they didn,t owe me anything) and I dont even bank with them, they sent round 2 really gorgeous girls who made me breakfast, did me ironing, washed up, then one gave me a blow job, whilst the other was licking me nuts, then after doing the ironing they left me ?10,000, and promised to be back next week, BUT! I dont believe them, I dont think they will be back, I bet they just said that too keep me sweet, you cant trust anyone! there are so many bullshitters it,s unreal.

Are you referring to charges made against an unauthorised over spend on your overdraft (presuming you have one)?

I've never heard of anyone reclaiming bank charges before today!

My ex-husband contacted me the other day for details of an old joint account we had years ago and is now claiming with help via:

www.reclaimunfaircharges.com

Loads of success stories on this site, don't go to sites where they will take a % of your money, this site gives all the help you need for free!!

His sister has had success from using them and he has two lots on the go so just waiting to hear about the joint account.

I think it's drinks all round from Phil though, see you on the 22nd at the NEC Phil!!!!

Today I rang the bank [Abbey] and asked kindly if they would not take ?50 in charges out next week as it would leave me short for a direct debit. I offered to pay it the week after but they said because I was a loyal customer and have never asked for this kind of thing before they would waive the charges this time. I know hardly in the ?2,000 category but it put a smile on my face.
