I don't know where IQ comes in to it.
I mean IQ as in how dumb are they? IQ stands for "Intelligence Quota" after all, which indicates how smart or dumb you are.
They cannot see the problem......but then again, neither can alcoholics see what the big deal is, or someone addicted to gambling who's blind to the affects it's having on his wife & kids.
This is where the intelligence thing comes in, 'cause they don't have the intelligence to understand that they're killing everyone else around them as well as themselves! Drinking alcohol doesn't harm anyone else, that is unless you decide to drive after becoming drunk. Nor does gambling harm anyone else unless you gamble with someone else's money. In smoking's case they're doing the equivalent of drinking and driving or gambling with other people's money. I say they can smoke anywhere they wish, just so long as other people aren't inflicted by their dirty habit.
And another thing, when it comes time for them to get lung cancer they always jump in line for treatment, much like George Best fucked up his own liver through over drinking and then got a new liver off the NHS. And to add insult to injury he went straight back to drinking again! Didn't he have the intelligence to realise someone had to die to give him that second chance? It's the same lack of intelligence or thought for anyone else that makes a lot of people smoke around innocent non-smokers.

No, I covered this already. They're intelligent enough to know the harm, they just choose not to care due to being selfish.
