NCV/Oscar One Problems?

In previous threads these two firms were recommended. I ordered catalogues from NCV & Oscar One over a month ago now but, as yet, nothing has arrived. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
In contast, Your Choice & Your Scene are always on the ball.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I ordered a catalogue from NCV yonks ago. I've given up on it.

I am awaiting a video from Your Scene that I ordered on 1st March. I've written to them today so hopefully that will speed things up. Normally they are excellent!

I have been receiving these catalogues for some years and have had new ones recently, they seem to be functioning still,

They have got slower in delivering since about Christmas. I find that a phone call works wonders. You speak to a very efficient Dutch lady who promises action and delivers.

I should a very efficient bi-lingual Dutch lady, usually get vids within a week of phone call which I usually make after a fortnight.
