I'm looking to set up a site allowing non-members to download & view videos, for a set period, on a pay-per-view basis, either via a "shopping basket" or ticket method (e.g. strictlybradband.com).
I have the encoding software, but I am looking for someone to provide the payment services. Any recommendations?
