It's really hard and I have a confession, (day 8) saturday night I wnet out and my friends were smoking, I had been near to cracking early on in the day and had nearly brought a pack when I was out runnug eraands, sat night I smoked 3 cigs, I brought a pack while at the party and threw them in the bin before I left but yesterday instead of putting on my patch, I smoked a little in the morning, I brought 2 packs and threw them in the bin yesterday, today I put my patch back on and have not smoked at all.
The good thing is that I think i needed that little relapse to remind me why I am quitting, by the end of yesterday I felt like shit, drained and tired and I think I looked tired too, It did not feel good to poisen myself again.
I am going to stick to it no matter how hard it is all I have to remeber is how gross I feel when I smoke.
This is harder then I thought it would be but not impossible, I have new resolve.
