I like the way noone has answered my question about th etape being leaked with no legal consent ie model releases. So this is entirely ok to exhibit tapes against someones wishes is it?

I know that legal paperwork doesnt hold much water in the UK unless you are trying to prove someones age but surely there is some legal recourse.

Not that i read the paper but I see the offended young lady in the paper saying it was her spiteful ex boyfriend.

Surely there must be some legal recourse she could use to get her own back...unless she is in on it. Great, blame it on the ex, a load of Paris Hilton type publicity and she still gets to keep her stint in the newspaper. I wonder who master minded this stunt?

Well with their being no model release forms, who can actually say with any great certainty that Keeley was above the age of consent when this was filmed??
Sooner or later somebody is going to get their fingers burnt when releasing this sort of stolen/spiteful leaked footage and end up in serious shit.

Personally I had never heard of Paris Hilton until I started to receive spam mails about her sex tape. At first I had no idea what those spammers were talking about.
Would Paris Hilton be a celebrity if that sex tape had not been made?

And perhaps this new tape will make a celebrity out of Keeley too.
