Topless Men in Summer, to be BANNED!

This asshole, Nicholas Bennett, Concervative MP for Bromley, wants to BAN ALL Men from going Topless in Towns/Cities/etc during the Summer Months.

He wants a Bi-Law passed in Government, to BAN Topless men in the street during the Summer Months, reckoning that wearing a T'shirt is Cooler for you, & it shows a better form of decency to members of the Public.

He thinks that going Topless is Indecent, NOT showing Equality to women, & above all, shows disrespect to the Community.

He thinks that if he can get this Bi-Law introduced, he can get ALL Towns/Cities/etc to take on this Bi-Law, & have all the men in the Entire UK wearing clothes in the Summer Months, even with this swealtering heat we keep getting.

I would tend to agree with him on two points.

A lightweight over-sized T-shirt will trap a thin layer of air between the material and the skin, thus resulting in the person wearing the T-shirt staying cooler than by not wearing it.

Secondly I too think it shows huge disrespect to others if you wander around a town or city center half dressed... it's OK on the beach, in your garden or a park, but not in the high street!

I think it'd be alot better to implement a law that states the everyone should go topless if the temperature goes over at certain level.

Unless the Beach is a Nude Beach, then he doesn't mind, but then again, he does have "Issues" with Nude Beaches.
