I get a lot of freezing of picture on the IMPORTANT channels (65/66), only 63 and 64 (TV1/TV2) play correctly.

I am on a 1meg BB service and just checked the Windows media player10 is uptodate. Using a new 1.7Ghz 500Mb Laptop.

Anything else I can do to smooth out the experience?
