Anyway I was reading some guidlines which appear to say posting of an 18R is not an offence, to post an 18R from Europe cetainly is not so it must be the whole transaction together that is Mail Order IE. Offer, accept, payment, post, delivery. All this would prove mail order any part of the system out of the UK would remove the trading standards part and as the programs are already classified they can't hope to prosecute on the obscenes law.....Opinions please.....

Why don't you producers team up on a distribution channel? (After getting proper advice from a lawyer, of course!)

Its the sale rather than the distribution which is illegal. So payment to a foreign company would mean the person posting it wouldnt be breaking any laws.
