Dont pay him.

Seriously please dont pay him as he has not produced what you need and give me a link and will tell you if he has just used a template he found on the net.

My betting is the guy is using whatever he can "adapt" and is not listening to the client (you).

So refuse to pay him till he gets it done right. If you have paid him tell him you want it simple, no flash and dont accept it till he gets it right.

Flash is a medium that most people now have the plugin for so can view it but still there is a percentage out there that can not view flash files. Sio if you have asked for it to be simple, fast and accessable by all....he got it wrong.

If the guy really has no clue and you need some help then shout me. I spend 30% of my time fixing other peoples mistakes...and uinlike most do so for the sheer hell of it.

I agree with Tricky on this one - if he hasn't produced what you want then he hasn't followed the design brief. Don't pay until he does.
