The Home Office has just received delivery of a hi-tech van which when parked outside your house will be able to read what is on your computer screen and look at downloaded files on your computer. If anything illegal is seen then the thought police will enter your house and seize the hard disc from your computer.

This is to discourage the public from disobeying the law when the extreme pornography Bill becomes law in anticipation of widespread refusal to self-censor.
