Hi there,

I'd mentioned in a previous post I don't come from a middle-class background.

I'd prefer not to keep bringing it back to the personal but I keep being beaten with an assumption that isn't true.

Apologies for any grammatical errors!

best,

Charlotte

If you are not from a middleclass background ,Charlotte, I'd get out now, because your career will not progress.
May I suggest a career in porn? I would be happy to put a good word in for you with jimslip!

Not good looking enough I'm afraid, but something to bear in mind if I get some surgery done.

Thankfully there's a real backlash in TV these days, only real people survive ... perhaps it's time for you guys to jump ship into TV???

Does it matter?

If anything dictates the tone of a programme it's surely the target audience. And with this being for 'educational daytime programming', I'm sure you'd agree the queasy, audience-flattering blend of assumed superiority and outright voyuerism of so many supposed adult documentaries on in the evenings these days wouldn't be at all fitting.

If there's one thing advertisers really need to know these days, it's which parts of the demograph are watching what at which times of the day, and thus pitch suitable products accordingly. So audience specific programming certainly gets the thumbs up there.
