I've just put ITV on to read the Teletext report on the Bradford police shooting ... just so happens there's an advert on for Blow Bubble Barbie. You have to laugh when the little girl ends the ad by saying "come on Barbie, let's blow!" .... wouldn't that be illegal? :) I'm sure the people who make them are so far detached from reality, the meaning never entered their heads ... OR are they closet pervs corrupting the young subtly? ... just like Noddy and Captain Pugwash diid in the past.

I think you'll find the Pugwash innuendo was largely urban myth, while the Noddy racism wasn't meant to corrupt - more an example of the casual racism thought acceptable in its era.
