Zulu is an all time best (after sunday lunch type film) just recently got back from working in South Africa, i went to rorkes drift on my 1 day off - found out later where they had filmed it (also near by) will go and see it next time. Possibly and all time great war film with the best quote that was never used "stop throwing those bloody spears"

"Come and See" (1985) by Russian director Elim Klimov. J. G. Ballard declared it the greatest war film ever made.

It may not be ultrarealistic, but you can't beat Where Eagles Dare....

It's just SO good!

Richard Burton's comments about Heidi ("What a disguise!") are pure gold!
