Thanks for the advice chaps. I should have mentioned I have Scottish blood, hence my reluctance to part with the dosh.

After careful consideration I have decided to take the plunge and spend the ?3. It means having to go without my fish supper and deep-fried Mars bar in order to raise the necessary funds but I'm sure it will be worth it.
