Maybe, but her best Love Scene for my taste is in "Quills". A little short, but spicy. There are 2 nude scenes in the Film.

Here are some clips of Ms. Winslet from the Holy Smoke movie:
a very nice performance indeed!!
PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

I went off her a fair bit when she 'traded up' from poor old Jim (cameraman, not a pot to....) Threapleton, for Sam (zillionaire, well-connected director) Mendes.

Not that I'm implyiing she did it as a career-move............oh, no.
That would be reprehensible.

The Winslet/Mendes thing goes back to when he was artistic director of the Donmar Warehouse theatre, before he became a largely pretentious film director, apparently - and as a career move it has brought her precisely nothing.

Her first TV role was dancing with the Honey Monster on a Sugar Puffs ad.
