Have to say I'm very surprised that the Beeb is virtually the sole target of the learned judge. I assumed the only reason Hoon was still in a job was to be sacked when the report came out.
As for Gilligan, well, any journalist who outs another reporter's source is a complete and utter shitebag. Of all the people who ought to feel guilt for Dr Kelly's tragic death, he is first in the list in my opinion.
