I know this is an old subject and I apologise but I simply could not let this go unremarked after reading this fortnight's 'Private Eye'. In the Pseud's Corner piece, the Great Philanthrope is quoted from the Guardian as saying :
'I think cancer-I'm not an expert or a doctor-but I think cancer is the result of undigested dreams and forcing yourself to do something that is not distinctively you'.
And we've been worrying about finding a cure all this time..........
