If we do get one we shall have to pay for removal and for the extraction of any dangerous chemicals.

AAAAAAAAAARGH! Don't say that word (coat hang*r) pleeease! I have a phobia about them.
Whenever i'm trying to get something out of the wardrobe they always get tangled up and I get all frustrated and start to sweat. I have nightmares about them, i hate them that much.
I hate them.
I really do!

While on the subject of wardrobes, have ever noticed if and when you are in a hotel and the wardrobe has hangers fixed to the rail in which you insert the coat-hanger there is usually one coat- hanger missing?
