Classy ladies disappearing

The announcement by Holly Kiss that she is retiring made me think about the change in the British porn world over the last few years which has seen a rise in the number of really classy and professional ladies either retire or suddenly vanish and we seem to be left with choice of botox mouthed and tattooed girls who go through the motions and really don't appeal.

It may be an age thing on my part but so many performers who could be counted on not only for performances to turn you on but also real communication with their fans are no longer around and it seems to me that few of the current girls are interested in more than a quick buck, with minimal effort, minimal fan contact and minimal time in the industry.

Perhaps this is because anyone today can shoot amateur porn, put it on any number of platforms and there is no real career any more.

Rebekah Dee - stated she was temporarily out of the business, promised to be back, nothing for 14 months.

Today's models seem to perform then shy away because of the other sites
Let's not forget the rates have increased for posing implied so the chance of a pretty model happy to expose themselves is rare
The digital era has allowed the weekend wedding photographer to become the following weekend semi-pro high end glamour tog....

I see Jo Guest is not mentioned but again a perfect model

Yet models on a certain folio site has females well over 50 posing and I consider it not a pretty site .

Maybe it?s a era bias thing but I totally agree. Ten or fifteen years ago porn was so much better, from Jo Guest on the top shelf through to independent models such as Rebekah Dee and harder core models like Suzie Best and Cate Harrington. I don?t think we really appreciated how good we had it..

Some may label me a sad individual for saying this but I genuinely miss these girls, porn just isn?t the same these days. There are still a couple of performers who I rate, Satine Spark for example but in the main, the classy girls, as you call them, have all disappeared. What I would give to see Jo, Rebekah, Suzie and Cate all back in action!

Is that We as gentleman of a certain are out of touch with today's models
The models of today are lot more savvi and media influenced , such as the Kardashians and USA music
When the glamour / porn world was wonderful it was with out the www fully populating everywhere we viewed, as we had to search out adult content

I was using the web from 1995 and whilst not saturated with models, they weren't that hard to find and were, general, certainly better shot, better produced and more sophisticated than much of today's crop of models.

Sign of the times unfortunately. Up until 10 years ago you actually had to pay for porn, remember all the Soho bookshops? Now with proliferation of tube sites and a whole generation who have never had to pay, it is no longer a viable career.

The early / mid naughties was probably the high water mark for the industry with great English girls plying their trade both here and in the US.
