I thought it was Penny at first, but crazy as I am (and I am a batshit loon) I kept searching... For the actual hotel shoot.

Turns out it's HAYLEY, the hotel shoot was Series 16, from Haley's collection.

But, have to say, Hayley and Penny look very, very similar, so much so they could pass off as twins!
