Most sites offer downloads in various resolutions of mp4 from 480-720-1080p (some US sites go up a level from there into ultra HD). For any site you are thinking of joining i'd suggest googling for reviews of that site there are still odd ones floating about which allow only streaming and no downloads. As for speeds I've not encountered any that were 'slow'.

I was a member of Real Couples in the past, content was good and had no problems with the site in any way. Good download speeds.
