I think the studio that shot all that open-legged stuff of Lauren did so when she was still relatively new to the industry, then when she became more and more popular, appeared on Page 3, etc, they vastly wacked up the prices of all the sets they had of her. Case of supply and demand I guess but you could once get them all at a very low price.
