Researching this particular lady, I found that the series was only filmed soft (sadly) since hardcore content couldn't be released at the time so there was no sell-through market (unless the makers did do some hc bits for future use). As for the episode as transmitted your best bet might be asking around to see if anyone did an off-air recording. I certainly used to have one but I think it's long gone.
