If you just google her name you will find she was sent to jail in 2007 for 2 1/2 years for stabbing her lover.
So even if she did her whole sentance she will be out now.

all old pictures ? Not sure anyone would rush to book her based on the photos they published of her arriving at court in my local paper. And remember the court case must have been 4-5 years ago.
