I gave up.....
cancelled membership. should have tried more but couldnt be arsed and I wont spend time on back and forth communication if it looks like nothing is happening.
Had more luck downloading from the 'net for free.

Sorry to read about your problems with this site william.
Hardglam have proven that they needed to be added to the ever expanding list of con-artists & rip-off merchants.

Im believing more and more that that universal membership called oron or depositfiles is more reliable.
A little research into the films that you want and hey presto ey are there to be had and very quickly indeed.
I do not download anything from the sites that I have joined and enjoyed in the past - but those that are as you identified con artists and scoundrels I have no qualms indeed.
