Hey everyone, I work for Bluebird TV...But also I understand where you guys are coming from. We have had some serious tech issues over the past few months as well as some serious issues with OFCOM (The TV regulators)

I would like to reassure all of you that was have some really great releases coming out on the Bluebirdfilms website as well as on the Glambirds site.

Tommie Jo's next BG is due for release Dec 2011 and also we will be announcing 8 new titles for release throughout the week! To be honest, I'm looking at the release schedule now and you guys have nothing to worry about,

BBfilms we have - Blue Fairy Tales, Copz Vol 2, Runequest w/natasha marley, Dinner party 4.

Glambirds we have - SO MANY RELEASES. Including TV babes XXX vol 11, 12, 13 etc, featuring all your favorite babes: TJ, Brooke Lee, Daniella Maye, Charlie Monaco, Myla Charles...And many many more releases!

In short, do not cancel your memberships, because it will end up being a big mistake.

We're dedicated to being the best in the industry and with the new sites we are launching and the new material we are bringing you, we don't think you'll be disappointed.

hey LukeBlue - how about instead of persuading people to retain their memberships, you spend some time spending the membership fees on some of our most wanted scenes???

Michelle B - she's supposedly coming back, so why not sign her for an all G/G movie? (if she's not interesting in doing B/G scenes)

Michelle Thorne - regularly she posts in her blogs/interviews that her favourite sexual fantasy is a gangbang - the Americans managed to convince Lisa Ann to do one, so how about Bluebird splash the cash on a gangbang scene for Michelle Thorne?? (if she's serious that is...)

those are my requests, don't know about the others but it would be great to see Michelle B in an all G/G movie in proper 1080p hi-def!

Good comment from jj, as regardless of the continual poor reports here and elsewhere concerning Bluebird it seems that each successive bunch has to experience the dismal reality of Bluebird for itself. But I still think people should know better by now without having to suffer the Bluebird experience for themselves - look at the comment about tech problems for a few months? Shouldn't that have read tech problems for the last few years?

ie lifetime memberships...good till that company folds

2 tier websites(AVS) and you get access to sites with 2 galleries and have to pay again to upgrade to slightly better but in reality complete crap surrounding a handful of decent sites which sherlock holmes would have difficulty finding quickly

50 scenes on a tape for only 1 pound...50 x 10 seconds...ouch

Fair points Luke, but you should have moved on from the interminable "new kids on the block" technical problems of old. Bangbros, Reality Kings and Brazzers offer DAILY updates and these guys are your competition these days. And if Killergram can manage it why can't Bluebird?

At the end of the day it's customer service and attention to detail. Fine product is not enough. I don't have enough space here to list all the technically superior British products that are now just brand names in the history books thanks to the lack of service and proper marketing.

I think it's unwise to mention Bangbros, Reality Kings and Brazzers in the same sentence as Bluebird as big, successful and profitable sites like that are in a different league to Bluebird. It's like comparing Man Utd to Darlington.
