tvx website cancelling...

has anyone else had any issues with being charged an extra month for the site when you cancel it?

i had a one month subscription, and barely even use it, so i went in to cancel it, it comes up saying my next due payment was due in 6 days, so i thought, no chance, im cancelling it now.

so i cancel it only to find out that they are going to cancel it next month and charge me for it too, which is not what i want at all...

just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

My issue is not the same but I can't get access to the online website anymore...!! been like it for a couple of weeks now...bloody frustrating...

Anyone got an e-mail address or tel no. to contact TVX...?

Would be much appreciated..

Same problem here.
Can't access the website anymore.

Emailed TVX at support@televisionx.com and told them to cancel my subscription.

i had the same issue before and did get a response to an email but they quote small print that it says you must notify them 30 days in advance ie pay for an extra month when you cancel, the content is shocking as all they are doing is adding content from years ago, so much so that there was a vid about a week ago of Amber Leigh with blond hair and pre boob job.
they used to have current updates but since the site changed they are just adding old stuff, anyway ive just had a look for the email address and appears you can only submit a form to them using contact at the bottom of the page

thats so wrong what they are doing. so essentially, if i get a one month subscription, im getting 2 whether i like it or not. 30 days in advance, seems very pointless even getting a subscription to the site.

im sure there is a legal term that is applicable here, i just dont have the vocabulary! just one hell of a bad feeling towards that site

i've had a couple of memberships before and ended up with paying for 2 mths even though only wanted one mth.
at present you can join for ?5.25 a mth but no doubt you end up still having to pay for 2 mths minimum?
what happens with a 6 mth ?50 membership cancellation?
have to say i think new stuff goes on the site quite often though.

I was looking to sign up earlier this month but had a really bad feeling about it. When searing on the net i found enough bad posts that i just didn't bother.

they do update the content pretty much every day but as of late its been really old content that was on the site (most of it anyway) before they changed the layout.
im not knocking the site because the streaming quality has always been brillant just the membership issues are a bit wrong and be nice to have some new stuff on the site
