with by sometimes equally ugly prostheses often seems to me to exhibit much of the
pathology more usually associated with Body Dysmorphia.

As you say, a world where millions of poor people cannot get access to [literally]
vitally-necessary surgery while thousands of better-off others daily undergo
'vanity' ops is a world with seriously skewed values.

To add further to this i'm guessing that techniques must have improved over the years but christ some of the scars that you see under the bottom of some girls boobs are horrendous.

I know not every girl can be blessed like the fortunate Rebakah Dee (what a pair) but other models with smaller boobs such as Alysha Leigh have still made a good living in the industry without feeling the need to change.

I have to say i have no problem whatsoever with big boobs, quite perversely i find Minka to be "freakishly attractive" despite her almost grotesquely huge and unnatural boobs . One of the main problems i had for years was seeing mainly America porn films where the leading lady was a not terribly attractive looking woman but hey some average looking gal had bleached her hair blonde and had oversized silicone boob job hey presto she is a sexy porn star..not. Personally i think most men will always notice, prefer to look at play with big boobs an awfull lot of us were breast fed as babies ok the memory has gone but repeatededly being fed, cuddled, nursed etc by bosoms is a very strong formative pleasure and these are often the one's that define adult behaviour

Techniques have improved but the surgeon you choose to operate out of the thousands practising is he highly skilled and have long track record of thousands of successful procedures or some inexperienced hack. If you don't ascertain his "pedigree" before surgery you are an idiot

Sadly i have seen several TV documentaries where the person going to a private clinic for guidance on some type of cosmetic procedure instead of having an interview with a qualified medical practitioner who should be solely concerned with their physical, and physcological suitability was interviewed by someone with no medical training whose sole purpose was to tick boxes on a form that meant yes she would pay ?X to the clinic. Some people think that even a small tattoo is an irrational symptom of underlying mental health problems "you're not happy with the skin you are in? and having a tattoo will improve your life how?" . So anyone with normal physical looks who wants Breast, nose, etc changes well they must be truly f****d up!
Skewed values! how do you think when as someone who doesn't own a pet i see people spending money on poochie which could keep thousands of children alive

I have no scars bigguy which is why I think I have a pretty damn excellant boob job. My implant went in through my nipple so the scar is completely hidden by the colour of my nipple if that makes sense, you really do need a magnifying glass to see my scar, plus I had an under the muscle implant for a more natural looking shape as I didnt want to look like I had a coconut bikini on. Plus I have lost no sensation whatsoever in fact I only have to skim over them and my nipples become instantly errect lol. You have to squeeze pretty hard to actually feel the implant too as its underneath my muscle.

I think a good boob job can be had if you do your research as I did and not rely on price although I didnt pay top end price I had a top end job.

Lol good question, for me it was because I didnt feel my breasts were the correct size for my body, I had always had very small a cup's and just felt I didnt look right (in my opinion) so I had them made bigger and I am thoroughly happy with how they turned out. I did say to the surgeon im not after abnormal, I want them as natural as possible and so he gave me a perfect size. I had no size ambition when I went in there I just wanted a more curvy shape as I felt flat chested.
